What Can I say?
We are also drinking this as our daily supplement. I have just started this last week and I've noticed the improvement I felt in my physical well-being. Having mentioned of having other illnesses, I would have to enumerate them now just to be able to share how this milk is helping me feel better. I've got scoliosis which makes my back always in pain. In a scale of 1-10, the pain is at 3 and that is without doing much, but if it's been a stressful day, the following day is made sure to be a stay-at-home day relaxing. I have to resort to my doctor's prescription: steroids. But, when I started taking this milk, again, it made me feel stronger, especially my lower limbs. I am just so happy that this one is so beneficial for me and it's not like the medicines that we know they've got side-effects and don't know how to avoid them. Since this is also safe for children, my daughter is also drinking it.
